- The glue unit consists of a stainless steel glue roller, glue separation plate, side guide, and glue mold. The glue unit can be easily removed for adjustment and cleaning. The glue separation plate can be adjusted to control the amount and area of glue. When the machine is stopped, the glue roller is lifted by the cylinder, and another motor is activated to prevent glue leakage.
- Boxes are conveyed with air-suction tape, thus ensuring posing precision and avoiding glue waste.
- When the paper does not pass through, the air-suction tape automatically goes down and prevents glue from sticking to the tape.
- The blade cylinder is equipped with air suction, ensuring smooth delivery of the acetate.
