Aktifmak, planning to maximize the efficiency of its after-sales technical service, has made another technological breakthrough to provide its customers with higher-quality service. With the Field.Co application, Aktifmak will be able to deliver technical service forms to customers online and display the technical service history of their machines. This will reduce paper usage, prevent potential confusion with virtual data, and increase efficiency. After the technical service process is completed, the technical service form will be emailed to authorized personnel designated through the application.
