Rt-1100 Window Acetate Gluing Machine
- The creasing unit is equipped with independently operated heated rollers. An independent oil-heated roller flattens curved plastic film. It is equipped with a servo motor to ensure both smooth plastic film and precise corner cutting. The servo motor features a micro-adjustment system.
- In the feeding unit, boxes first arrive at the glue roller via a special conveyor belt. When an empty sheet passes, the glue roller rises to prevent glue from sticking to the belts. This precaution is detected by sensors located before the glue roller.
- After passing through the glue roller, the boxes arrive at the window unit. The window unit consists of a special vacuum roller. The window vacuum moves independently and is read and recorded by a sensor. The operator can adjust the vacuum pressure according to the size of the boxes. The vacuum roller is made of special material and produces products without scratches or marks on the plastic film, even during high-speed window gluing operations.
- The film cutting system consists of two blades. The upper blade rotates, while the lower blade remains stationary.
