HTQF-1080B Double Head Sorting Machine

HTQF-1080B performs the sorting process of cut jobs fully automatically.
Thanks to the PLC screen, it allows quick and practical adjustments, and the settings can be kept in memory and used again.
Upside down and flat assembled jobs are sorted in separate sorting sections.
The work, separated from the pile by support pins coming from below, is transferred to the conveyor belt by a robotic arm. This way, the sorting process is carried out fully automatically by the HTQF-1080B.
Machine life is extended with the automatic lubrication system.
With the air nozzle system on the machine surface, the layers can be moved easily without being scratched.
The machine has a double robot arm system for large jobs.
