FKT-9045-A Automatic Box Lid Assembly Machine
- Used for assembling lidded and nested boxes. It offers a wide range of work possibilities.
- The fed lids are glued, and the boxes are positioned on them using a robotic arm. The boxes are then pressed in the press unit at the exit and are ready for use.
- Foam or separator can be placed inside the boxes. Depending on the job, suction nozzles or box holders are used.
- The machine sections are controlled by servo motors. The machine’s display and panel have been carefully translated into Turkish.
- The boxes are lifted from the corners with 4 arms and placed on the lid, and suction nozzles are used for the lids.
- The box to be posed is separated from the row and posed, thus preventing scratching.
- The machine can work with hot and cold glue. Up to 100 glue designs can be stored in memory and recalled from the PLC screen for repeat work. It is suitable for gluing different patterns.
- The lid feeding unit operates on the bottom feeding principle. The machine can process many different boxes, including hexagonal and octagonal.
- To pose a box on a 3-piece cover, the boxes are mounted on the cover in a sideways position.
